Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert guidance on insurance products
-Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
-Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
-Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
-Process policy applications, changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently
-Stay current on industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends

Qualifications:
-Active insurance license in Louisiana required (Property & Casualty)
-Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
